Challenge

An established brand, talking to a sophisticated audience, working with FA’s we had to keep the brands integrity while making it more accessible. We need to convey the human side of Heartwood.

Objectives

– Develop and promote a look, feel and message to communicate the highly regarded advisory and non- advisory services offered by Heartwood
– To ensure the look, feel and messaging could standalone for campaign use but remain aligned with the Heartwood brand and corporate communications
– To ensure that the concept translates across a variety of mediums and that it was adaptable for future development

Solution

A copy led approach which brought the Heartwood story to life – helping it to engage better with it’s clients.
