When Sunweb (owned by the Sundio Group) first launched in the UK, they wanted to make an impact with a small budget. They were only able to offer winter breaks and were looking on leveraging the brand and assets they had – they needed instant impact, they wanted sales.

Challenge

To increase traffic to the Sunweb website and leveraging the brand to make an instant impact and drive up sales.

Objectives

– Increase traffic to site and drive enquiries;
– Keep brand consistency but create a compelling sales campaign around it;
– Ensure that the campaign translates into social media so that team at Sunweb can continue buzz building at lower cost.
– Deliver look and feel for tactical campaign which will sit within the current Sunweb branding;
– Develop a communications campaign following launch and demonstrate how this will continue to add value to the business over the mid-long term;
– Focus on user journey and interaction – setup key indicators allowing the business to monitor progress and track effectiveness of activity including purchase incentives.
