We got to know the marketplace – the alternatives and competitors out there, the profile of the primary and secondary customer, the buying motives and the procurement process. We then began to develop a tone of voice, brand, look and feel, and message reflective of both current prospect and client need. Having developed the company proposition and refined their corporate message, the next priority for TMB was their website – the asset which most new dialogues would stem from and lead to. We designed and built their new site, splitting out their entertainment service as a separate offering.
TMB has been refreshed and reinvigorated, it has found renewed relevance (and further opportunities) amongst its existing clients and it has begun to engage a new audience to ensure it can continue to scale.
