There’s clever advertising - that influences only those without influence. There’s elegant design - that pleases but never persuades. And there are astounding websites that web designers envy and everyone else ignores – but very little great work.
That’s why, unlike many creative agencies, we don’t see Strategy as an imposition on the creative process but as its starting point. Strategy defines a purpose, describes a process and provides a framework. More than anything though, it provides a route back to a client’s original need and a way of asking that most difficult question.
